This is the second time we have used the help and service from ASSEMBLY MASTERS. I cannot recommend them any higher. They are so totally service oriented, professional and helpful - one hardly finds people like that anymore nowadays. Todd, on the phone, not only was very courteous, but offered ideas about how to make it easier to move furniture. Follow up, by phone and/or computer is immediate. And the actual professionals who come and build the furniture are exceptional.
Fast, quiet, and extremely pleasant. Last time Vernon; this time Kimo, who came and went in a flash after assembling FIVE 9 cube storage units lickety split and folding big cardboard boxes in easily manageable packages for the recycle bin. Don't ever hesitate to buy furniture that needs to be assembled. Get what you like and ASSEMBLY MASTERS will do the rest. Very reasonably priced, no messes, no problems: Service with a smile! Wow

This is by far the best professional team ever! Todd is very polite, extremely competent and provides excellent customer serivce! His teammate George, the one who came over to assemble, did such an incredible job in just about 2 and a half hours.
I called up late in the afternoon, today, to request if someone could assemble my living room and my kids bedroom furniutre (I got the furniture delivered from Ikea today). My kids coming to me this thursday and I wanted to have his bedroom ready when he arrives! I tried in vain at assembling it myself. That's when I call Todd and asked him if he could accomodate assembling my furniture. Todd was extremely efficient at scheduling something within an hour and George, the assembly person, did such an amazing job in such a short time. This is an amazing quality service at a reasonable cost. The best, best, best value for your buck.
I'm still amazed at how effecient these people are. Thank you Todd and George.

This company is AWESOME! I don't usually mind building Ikea furniture...a bookcase here, a desk there, no big deal...but when I purchased my sofa and bed frame from Ikea the other day, I decided to look into hiring someone to assemble it for me...I don't think I would've survived had I done it myself...and I'm pretty sure the furniture pieces would be fire wood by now :-)
After I wasn't able to reach the company that Ikea actually recommended, I believe it was called Urban Express, I did a quick Google search for Ikea Furniture assembly, found Assembly Masters and gave them a call. I spoke to Todd, who was just beyond lovely. I called at 10:30 am and he scheduled someone to meet me between 2-5pm...that same day! The assembler, I think his name was Vernon, met me right at 2 and was just so sweet. He assembled my couch and bed frame in less than 2 hours. Not only that, but I had a mattress delivered (from a separate co.) that morning; it was just hanging out in my apt. and without asking, he just opened it and placed it on the frame for me. Not only that, but he broke down all of the Ikea boxes and placed the trash neatly into the bags they came in! I mean, it's the little things that make this company great. And finally, all of that came to $98! So affordable and so worth it!

Todd is very pleasant and professional. Actually got one of his guys over to my house the same day I called to put together a console table I'd been struggling with for over four hours! Of course, Edwin came over and it took him all of 15 minutes. Did an excellent job. Very pleasant guy. No mess made. Thinking of everyone I can recommend them to! I'll certainly use them again.

After waiting waiting ONE week for Staples Assembly to find a technician, I found Assembly Masters and called them on a Sunday. Todd Jeffries answered the phone promptly, was professional and courteous, and scheduled an appointment first thing the next day. The technician who came out was already at work by the time I came in. He was quick and diligent, didn't make a mess, and picked up whatever loose cardboard or styrofoam there was left over. Their pricing was very competitive and their billing system was simple. They are permanently in my rolodex and I'm happy I no longer have to waste any more time on do-it-yourself projects! Hats off to a great company. You will be highly successfully if you continue your business this way.
